Your new role - challenging and future-oriented

- You will assist the Asset Management Unit Head in developing strategy and future road map for Siemens Real Estate (SRE) division in India.

- You will ideate and implement projects across Siemens locations in India.

- You will collect and analyze data to identify areas of improvement as per SRE standards, processes and budgets, SRE pricing model

- You will drive continuous improvement projects for internal customers

We don- t need superheroes, just super minds

- You are an MBA from premier institute.

- You have minimum 5 years of professional experience. Experience in Real Estate, Asset Management, Facility Management or Property Management will have an added advantage

- You have experience with digital and analytical tools

- You have strong presentation skills, problem solving and analytical skills
