Siebel Architect

- Strong BSS telecom domain expertise for CRM implementation.

- Have experience of two End-to-End Siebel CRM (Telecom specific) from Design to post - implementation support as Architect /Designer in tier 1 / 2 Telecom Operators.

- Should be Siebel Certified consultant (Preferred 7.X or 8)

- Experience in Siebel with proficiency in Configuration, Scripting, WF, EIM ,EAI etc

- Work experience in Siebel 7.x (earlier versions) and other Siebel tool

- Good knowledge & experience of Hardware sizing for implementation of Siebel CRM

- Knowledge of Siebel Administration & Database setup

- Understanding of UML, OOAD, SOA , SOAP etc

- Have knowledge of Tool & utilities like MS Visio , Rational Clear Quest, Rational Clear Case, VSS , Mercury Quality Center,

- Hands on experience in RDBMS (Oracle , MS SQl , Sybase..) and scripting language (Perl , Shell Script)

- Good knowledge of multiple operating system like Red Hat Linux, HP, Solaris, and Windows

- Proficient in the areas of Requirement analysis, Effort Estimates, design, Configuration, development, release management, testing, implementation & Post implementation support.

- Ability to understand customer requirements, design CRM solutions, manage customer requirements and ability to have a big picture view of the whole solution.

- Have good knowledge of SDLC and other software development life cycles

- Have experience of responding to various RFI, RFQ and RFP for CRM implementation as part of OSS-BSS solution Stack

- Very good Understanding of eTOM framework, SID, TAM and NGOSS architecture.

- Have knowledge of Quality and Configuration

- Chairing of calls & face –to face interaction with other project stake holders and end customers for Technical presentation, POC and other demos

- Exposure and work experience on Presales, ADM, Migration & Transformation projects with complete understanding of the delivery aspects.
