1. P&L for Global Software Engineering Function
2. Business Strategy and Growth across geographies
3. Business development, Contract Negotiations and Management
4. Delivery Management
5. Customer Management
6. Operational Excellence (NBL, Utilization, Compliance etc.)
7. Talent Management (Hiring, Mentoring, Leadership development, Succession Planning)
8. Stakeholder Management
9. SPOC for sales team in terms of business development, proposals, contracts, delivery, resource demands, and other logistics.
Mandatory skills (Must Have) :
- Leadership

- Relationship Development
- P&L Management
- IT Services background with domestic Global clients
- Financial Industry background
- IT Delivery background specifically
- Application development, maintenance, testing and third Party SI activities
Role Requirements :
Experience - Min 18 Years experience
Educational Qualification - BE / ME / B.Tech. / M. Tech. / MCA
