3. Business development, Contract Negotiations and Management
4. Delivery Management
5. Customer Management
6. Operational Excellence (NBL, Utilization, Compliance etc.)
7. Talent Management (Hiring, Mentoring, Leadership development, Succession Planning)
8. Stakeholder Management
9. SPOC for sales team in terms of business development, proposals, contracts, delivery, resource demands, and other logistics.

Role Requirements :
Experience - Min 18 Years experience
Educational Qualification - BE / ME / B.Tech. / M. Tech. / MCA
