Job Description :
- Successfully lead the brand launch of multiple residential and commercial real estate properties across entire Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Scope of work for each project includes finalizing the business plan, market study, product enhancements, development launch and giving extensive support to all sales verticals.
- Primarily responsible to ideate and create a breakthrough selling proposition along with the team, which will generate exponential sales for the clients in a very short period of time.
- Conduct an extensive market and competition study to arrive at the core positioning for the brand and its key communication pillars.
- Brief creative agencies to translate the selling proposition into a marketing campaign which can be easily executed across ATL, BTL and Digital platforms.
- Responsible to oversee and ensure that each sales vertical is fully equipped and trained, and to provide necessary tactical tools to close sales.
- Creating and owning the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the project life-cycle : launches, sustenance and tactical campaigns
- Planning and evaluating all digital marketing campaigns with a clear focus on performance marketing. lead generation through SEM, social media platforms, property portals, publisher networks, email, SMS and content marketing
- Planning and activating ATL and BTL mediums like OOH, print, radio, events and exhibitions, referral and loyalty programs
- Identifying and employing mainline and supporting agencies and various vendors for planning and execution of all marketing campaigns and collaterals.
- Research and implementation of new marketing tools and mediums to maximise performance. Eg : Salesforce.com(SFDC), Oracle
