Analytics Lead

- We are looking for a dynamic analytics leader who can build strong capabilities in predictive analytics using Big Data, Machine Learning and digital technologies to solve key business challenges

- The Analytics lead will manage the solutions by leading from the front. You will be responsible for the managing the project, client, team and management expectations.

Typical Responsibilities :

- Develop new Solutions that have high impact on sales and revenue, marketing ROI or customer experience.

- Use advanced platforms (e.g., R, Python, Big Data, Cloud Computing) and capabilities (e.g., Machine Learning) to provide the most accurate, faster and cheaper solution to the clients.

- Build solutions that improve our existing solutions in the marketing and sales optimization

- Work towards industrialization of Big Data and Machine Learning to scale the solutions

- Thought Leadership : Working with the client business and help define the path to higher success with analytics

Consulting : Advise client businesses on new ways to solve business problems, inform them of industry practices that can improve business metrics.

- Integration : develop solution by integrating technology (data visualization, clod computing) to make live solution that provides real time value to the business users

Post-graduation : Economics (with Econometrics), Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research and related fields.

Experience :

- 2-6 years of experience in the field of advanced quantitative techniques, data sciences or machine learning while working for leading global or niche analytics organizations in purely analytics solution development roles
