Job Overview :

- We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably from the engineering and manufacturing industry.

- The candidate will be responsible for managing the back-end communication with clients and participating in the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Marketing Strategy and Execution

- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and opportunities.

- Research and analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.

- Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

2. Tendering and Bid Management

- Manage the tendering process, including the documentation process, to ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements.

- Identify and engage with stakeholders involved in the tendering process.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective proposals that meet client requirements.

3. Client Management

- Provide back-end support to clients and address their concerns and queries.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.

4. Online Marketing and Social Media Management

- Manage the company's online presence, including its website, social media, and other online platforms.

- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive website traffic and increase sales leads.

- Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments to maintain a positive online reputation.

5. Coordination and Communication

- Maintain regular communication with the production and technical team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and effective communication of key information.

- Prepare and present reports and presentations for senior management on marketing and sales activities.

Requirements :

- MBA degree from a recognized university (mandatory).

- B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical (optional).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the engineering and manufacturing industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be proficient in English and have knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.

- Must be willing to work in Domjur, Howrah.

- Local candidates preferred.
