- To lead and develop the price & promotion planning team to improve the shopping trip for customers.

- To deliver exciting and relevant trading activity and promotions for customers that delivers the sales targets and that are simple for Stores and Distribution to implement

- To develop the price policy to ensure we drive the right price perception of our brand.

- To create the annual monthly trade calendars, breaking down to 52 weeks.

- Our promotions strategy is competitive in market place and right for customers i.e.. for HoReCa, Food & Non-Food Retailer and service professionals

- Our price strategy is best in the catchment for the right customer segment

- The Price Customer Plan creates positive change in our price and promotions image with customers

- Be the owner of the price & promotion critical path and highlight any gaps and risks

- Ensure the price and promotion are configured correctly in the system with right message on the shelf in the store

- To challenge that trade activity meets customers needs and achieves like for like and budget based on the insight provided - To deliver plans which are simple for stores and distribution to implement

- To regularly track and report our own and competitor promotions to ensure we are following our policy and understand how we are performing, To make sure promotions are delivered to customers through an effective process i.e. critical path are adhered and report early for any gaps in process to resolve any issues
