Description: We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to handle all aspects of HR Manager. Your (the HR Manager's) responsibilities will include handling activities such as job design, hiring, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruitment process and interviews
2. Attract talent for recruiting, sorting, and ultimate talented employees
3. HR Policy creation and execution
4. Maintain and monitor all Human Resources activities
5. Training and upgrading programs.
6. Maintain a healthy environment in the work area
7. Employee engagement activities
8. Maximize the potential of employees; assist them in amplifying their contributions.
9. Improve organizational effectiveness while remaining consistent with company culture and values.
Skills Required :
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
