Shyam Steel - Senior Role - Technical Sales & Services

- Managing Technical Sales and Service operations through our team of technical officers.

- Maintaining strong rapport and PR with all the stake holders like Dealers/CRM Contractors/ Builders/Masons/Architects etc

- Regular Coordination of technical/marketing promotional activities with our technical team and marketing team

- Techno Marketing responsibilities- which includes building rapport and maintaining good relationships with all the stakeholders like the Dealers, Customers, architects, Engineers and CRM contractor's through the help of our Technical Services team

- Technical Activities include engagement programs with contractors and masons,organizing conferences and meetings of professional masons, customers, influencers.

- Guiding TS team to punch data in Sales Force on regular basis

- Extracting data from digital platform on weekly basis ,analysing the data, guiding the team to focus more on conversion

- Conducting Regular Market Survey to study the change in Consumers behavioral pattern and to know the competitors products and services and the constant changes taking place in the market. Measuring the Customer Satisfaction Index by using scientific marketing tools

- Working together with the marketing team to generate and enhance sales of our product.

- Strategic Planning and Forecasting.
