Shuttl - Senior Business Analyst

Founded in April 2015, Shuttl (www.shuttl.com) is India's largest bus-aggregating platform. We at Shuttl aim to make the daily commute more convenient for urban intra-city travelers and currently cater to the needs of commuters in the Delhi-NCR & Kolkata region. We have been well-funded by Amazon US, Dentsu, Sequoia Capital, Times Internet and Lightspeed Ventures with total cumulative funding of $41mn till date. Shuttl, through its tech-enabled platform currently operates on 150+ long routes with more than 1000+ buses on the platform and 100K daily ridership. We aim to solve the problem of young Indians looking for a smarter mode of commuting and offer affordable public transport, powered by cutting-edge technology leading to lesser traffic and better, de-congested cities.

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAS) :

- Analysing large Data sets and creating dashboards to influence business strategy & implementation.

- Interact with the business heads to understand their requirements & provide insights via data analytics

- Use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area for and methods of improving operations and sales

- Implements analytical approaches and methodologies and assists in the interpretation of results

- Able to think creatively whilst also writing logical, comprehensive, concise reports and correspondence

REQUIREMENTS

- 1- 4 years of work experience

- Strong analytical and algorithmic problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and provide both quick insights and detailed insights

- Proficient in post greSQL and R/python

- Comfortable with working in a dynamic environment and looks for order in chaos
