You will drive strategic HR initiatives and system implementations. Set up the HR Analytics practice including dashboards and predictive analytics. Drive improvements in C&amp;B design, delivery processes, and utilization. Lead competition mapping exercises to benchmark and keeps our EVP competitive. Drive budgeting and resource planning for various departments across India. You will report to the Head of HR. WHAT EXPERIENCE SHOULD I HAVE? For this role we expect you to have 3+ years of experience in Process improvement, C&amp;B Design or Analytics. Among this, 1+ years of experience is required in creating and publishing dashboards for a department/business unit and 1+ years of experience in project/ program management Exposure to Talent Management would be an added advantage and exposure to C&amp;B delivery is preferred.
