Shuttl - Manager/Team Lead - Presales (4-8 yrs)

Key Deliverables :

- Directly supervise employees in the Pre-Sales team. Will have upto 6 Direct Reports

- Own the pre-sales funnel from prospect to proposals stage and all pre-sales conversion metrics and monthly goals.

- Establish pre-sales objectives and quotas for regions and territories;

- Work closely with pre-sales rep to create territory wise research, planning and prospecting and Lead Gen Strategies

- Work on entire tender/bid management cycle for RFP, RFI and RFQs

- Works with sales Leadership to implement a rigorous Inside sales rep training program that establishes rules of engagement, scripts and communication protocols

- Work with marketing to create lead generation and sales conversion tools including marketing collaterals

- Effectively guide pre-sales team in use of CRM system while creating entries and metrics

- Maintain meetings volume by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

- Manage, develop, coach and motivate the pre-sales to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly targets and KPI target are met

- Provide on-the-ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals

- Recommend, Develop and implement new pre-sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

- Maintain data relative to opportunities, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions

- Prepare reporting as needed

Experience required :

- At least 4 years of Experience of working in the field of Inside Sales/Pre-Sales with at least an year of team handling experience. Startup Experience is preferable.

- Customer Centricity and experience in providing solutions based on customer needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels

- Excellent organisational and execution skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
