KEY DELIVERABLE:

- Be an extension of tech / engineering team for requirements specific to Growth

- Find tech hacks to help grow the business.

- Build features to enable faster acquisition and better retention. Enable all this to ensure better ROI.

- Run multiple experiments with the respective channel owners to find more scalable solutions for growth.

- Leverage data to improve efficiencies of the marketing campaigns.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Nocode/ Lowcode development skills.

- Experience in tools like Zapier, Airtable, Webflow, Glide etc

- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel

- Should be keen on solving growth / business problems but should be able to do so with tech hacks which can be later converted into scalable solutions.

- Need to have inclination towards tech-based prototyping which can be scaled later.
