Learning &amp; Development - Training Needs Identification - Creating the annual training calendar - Developing, Managing &amp; Delivering training programs as per the TNI - Design and Implement competency frameworks and assessment parameters - Lead all competency-based projects - Own &amp; Facilitate Employee Induction for new joinees 2. Performance and Management - Designing, implementing and facilitating the performance assessment exercise - Ensure proper objective setting across the organisation - Provide training &amp; guidance on the appraisal process to people managers - Initiate and conduct the appraisal cycle as per schedule - Formulate personal developmental plans from performance reviews and check-ins 3. Talent Management - Own the Organization Design &amp; capability initiatives - Lead Engagement Surveys and ensure communication and action plan execution - Define the Career Architecture for various roles / grades - Talent Pipeline Development - identify key talent pools and create development plans - Own and deliver the Talent Review Process and conduct talent gap analysis against strategic business needs - Build succession planning and maintain healthy talent pipelines to meet current and future needs - Leadership Development: Developing programs that build and sustain leadership talent in the organization DESIRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Strong Consultative skills - High on senior stakeholder management - Strong communication and presentation skills - Program Management skills - High Learning and Change Agility - High on ambiguity tolerance - Capable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment - Highly action-oriented and ability to move the needle - High on influencing skills - Excellent verbal and written English skills WORK EXPERIENCE - 5-7 years work experience post MBA - Minimum 3 years spent in an MNC and / or a Human Capital consulting setup - Awareness of the start-up eco-system and the unique challenges that it entails EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Post-graduate in HRM / IR - Additional certifications in TM/OD/L&amp;D desired but not mandatory ROLE INTENT The incumbent is expected to single-handedly own &amp; lead Organizational Capability Building and play a pivotal role in developing a high-performance culture at Shuttl. He/she is expected to bring-in rich, relevant experience with exceptional people practices.
