- Designing and implementation of acquisition campaigns and strategy across all channels - Digital, On ground activation, Tele-sales, Non Voice sales, Referral etc.
- Evaluating differential acquisition strategy across existing and potential new geographies
- Constant evaluation of new and existing acquisition channels to drive high quality new users
- Building / mentoring individual channel owners in the acquisition team
- Driving insights and constant improvement to achieve overall targets for the team
