Shuttl - Assistant Manager - Process Excellence (2-5 yrs)
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAS):
- Responsible for driving improvement in key operations metrics
- Work towards making Shuttl the most reliable mode of commute
- Driving the culture of efficiency & process excellence amongst the various teams in operations
- Analyze data from different sources and identify areas of improvement in service quality and efficiency
- Design and automate critical operational processes and work with cross-functional teams to execute changes
- Work with technology & product team on developing & improving proprietary fleet & driver management tools
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years- Experience in similar profile
- Experience in business analytics, consulting is desirable
- Project Planning and management experience is a plus
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduation from Tier-1/ Tier-2 college
- MBA (Not compulsory) from Tier-1/ Tier-2 college
