With a mission of solving the pain of commute, Shuttl offers a space-efficient, safe, and cost-effective solution for urban India. Today, Shuttl serves over 45,000 rides daily in seven cities including Delhi-NCR region, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Pune. It covers 150+ long routes and operates a fleet of 800 buses. It has also been awarded UK's Ashden Award (2018) and Road Safety Award by FICCI (2017). Shuttl is backed by Sequoia Capital, Amazon Alexa Fund, Times Internet, Lightspeed Ventures and Dentsu Ventures. Key Deliverables : - Access, understanding of all customer data (Behavioral and Transactional) and share it with team members. - Use existing data to design segmented campaigns, make changes in user journeys - Design and track various funnels, cohorts and other key metrics like Conversion Rate, Churn and Reactivation Rate - Quarterly/monthly campaign planning of campaigns/activities to help achieve goals. - Manage various marketing automation and other analytics tools used by the team (Clevertap, Tableau etc). Desired Candidate profile : - Should have 1+ years of experience, preferably in a consumer internet company - Should have a strong analytical bent of mind with good understanding of data - Should have worked in a data/analytics/growth related role - It would be great if this person has a growth hacker mindset and hands on knowledge of database and scripting languages - It would be great if this person has a strong interest in how the business works and has a good business sense.
