- Founded in April 2015, Shuttl (www.shuttl.com) is India's largest bus-aggregating platform. We aim to make daily commute more convenient for urban intra-city travellers and currently cater to the needs of commuters in the Delhi-NCR and 9 other cities in India. We have been well-funded by Amazon, Dentsu, Sequoia Capital, Times Internet and Lightspeed Ventures with total cumulative funding of $50mn till date.

- We are looking for a self-motivated growth marketer with a background in data crunching & digital marketing.

Job Description:

1. Dive deep into customer data to gain a better understanding of user behaviors and generate insights for Activation, Acceleration, Retention and Resurrection campaigns for different user personas.

2. Track various funnels & cohorts and run growth campaigns, A/B tests & experiments with scientific rigor on a regular basis to improve core metrics like conversion rate, resurrection rate, upselling, retention, etc.

3. Plan monthly/quarterly marketing campaign calendar and own the execution of these campaigns.

4. Identify and develop new growth channels & optimize the performance of existing growth channels like notifications, SMSs, emails, etc.

5. Coordination with design, copydesk, product and tech to ensure momentum for growth projects

Experience Requirement:

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing/growth hacking/analytics/data in a consumer-facing internet-based org. preferably in a startup/e-commerce.

2. Experience of data-driven customer segmentation & conducting growth experiments, A/B tests, multivariate tests with a proven track record of success.

3. Hands-on experience of using any platforms like GA, Fb Ad manager, any of the analytics platforms like Appsflyer, Mixpanel and at least one of the customer engagement tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap etc.

4. Working knowledge of SQL and any scripting language is a big plus.

5. Demonstrated ability to figure out business insights and driving smart decisions through quantitative customer data and qualitative research
