Key Deliverables :- - Deliver risk-free minimum exposure business for Shuttl - Enable business leaders with legal understanding and compliance - Legal research and narrative development for Shuttl's policy advocacy efforts - Drafting contracts, MoUs, policies, petitions, notice, responses, regulatory representations etc - Creating knowledge repository on policy related legislations (state, center, global) - Thorough understanding of legal, policy, business and the industry and up skilling the internal team - Representing company in relevant courts on legal matters and meeting regulators - Documentation, validations, record keeping, coordination with external law firms/legal-advisors Work Experience Required :- - 5+ years of overall legal work experience (excluding internships) - Extensive experience of client advisory, court representations/arguments, and drafting with a reputed law firm - Experience in transport/mobility sector would be a preference Educational Qualifications required :- - Graduate/Post-Graduate in Law from reputed law college - Having bar license would be add on
