- The Trade Manager (TM) is responsible to lead and develop the national category-specific channel strategy and the related execution plans. Within the defined category s/he is responsible for the delivery of the turnover, market-share targets as well as for the implementation of the perfect store initiatives within the 6P's and for the achievements of the sales fundamentals according to the channel blue prints. - The role is responsible for managing trade spends and handles go to market strategies with an objective to drive sales for the food businesses, as well as plan for the launches of new adjacency categories. - Identify key opportunities for building brand equity &amp; driving commercial results in the on-trade. - Design, refine, and manage existing and new on-trade execution and activation initiatives and toolkits - Design and manage joint-business-plans and annual plans for key accounts, working with the commercial team. - Recommend planograms and product positioning for our portfolio based on analytical insights. - Sales experience - Trade shopper marketing experience
