- Person will evaluate and identify trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside.

- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends.

- Communicate with management team regularly

- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity

- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources

- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

- Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the 'must haves' for this role

- Should be an MBA with Strong FMCG experience.

- Industries, Companies to target. Discuss is MNC experience a must, desirable?

- Experience - 2 Years sales + 2-3 years of sales analytics experience

- This will be an Individual contributing role and incumbent will have to work with regional sales teams.

- FMCG Experience is a must.

- Key performance measures/criteria, objectives that the incumbent should demonstrate, achieve-

- strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software

- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills

- Strong Verbal and written communication skills

- High level of organization and detail-orientation

- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently

- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize

- Excellent time management.
