Shubham Civil Projects - Senior Manager - Human Resource (10-18 yrs)
Role & Responsibility :
- Manpower Planning & Selection :
- Man power planning and recruitments, ensure hiring aligns with the Business growth across the organization
- Accountable for selecting talent to ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure proper onboarding & Induction to the new employee
HR Policy Development & Administration :
- Define, redefine and develop HR practices in the Organization to create strong leaders with great work ethics
- To plan people strategies, streamlining and managing the entire HR functions
Employee Relations :
- Employee Engagement and Succession Planning
- Employee Grievances handling
- Issuance of Letters
Performance Management :
- Involved in Performance Review process, defined all roles and developed role descriptions which are mapped against KRAs through daily reporting tracker system.
- Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management
Legal & Statutory Compliances :
- To ensure applicable laws has been followed & record updated
- Laisoning with Labour Office / PF Office & other govt, offices
Payroll Management :
- Oversee payroll & employees other allowances are in line with the policy
- Supervise Offroll staff & Security payment
Training & Development :
- Identifying training needs, developing training programs
- Ensure training effectiveness
- Conduct training programs according to training need analysis
- HR Budgeting, HR Reports & MIS
Prepare monthly reports & it's presentation to the management
HR Administration :
- ISO Coordination & maintaining HR ISO requirements
- Monitoring Site Safety & Security
- Support & Monitor Admin activities, housekeeping, etc.
- Monitoring Insurance related activities
Job Requirements :
- Dynamic, Mature, Confident and Professional is essential.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders is a must
- Credible and articulate with excellent communication skills across the levels within / outside the organization
- Experience gained from well-established Management system as well as similar Industry background in sizable companies is preferable
- Above all he should have the ability to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization
