Position
Position Title: Production Analyst
Location: Sa Dec City, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam
Reporting Manager: General Director, Deputy General Director, BODs
The Production Analyst will be in charge of coordinating an organization's production workflows. Their duties include supervising staff, facilitating communication throughout a company and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient, and coordinating with production teams to resolve issues. This involves production planning, project planning, and risk management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating production procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Follow up with different production departments to ensure all strategies are implemented in a timely manner
- Recruiting and training personnel and allocated responsibilities.
- Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Prepare a monthly working schedule for production staff, compile monthly attendance and OT
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production reports; and flag inconsistencies
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and annual raw material supplier reports
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance plans are being followed
- Monitor inventory of raw material and finished products
- Track usage, conduct physical stocktaking and order spare parts as per production requirements
- Prepare and submit documents for all production management certifications and ensure they are up to date
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians) to ensure factory hygiene and maintenance is met
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Professional Experiences
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative managerial position (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to keep company confidences
- Superior communications skills; written and spoken
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. (mandatory)
