CTC: 7 - 9 Lakhs P.A Work Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi Job Description : - Develop and deliver training solutions for Internal Employees & Business Partner Organisation that include group sessions, training videos, web-based programs, printed manuals etc. - Determines training needs and requirements for Distribution Partner organisation & Internal Employees by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys - Creates content and training Manuals to meet specific training needs. - Develop & Deliver Modules to bring positive outcome in Brand Positioning/Product Positioning/ Sales Technique to grab mind share of Distribution Partner employees. - Presents in-person and group sessions. - Works closely with managers/supervisors to address skill & productivity aspects of sales force, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments - Support Sales Heads in building and skilled Internal Sales force through collaborative on-the-job Demonstration, Field observation and Orientations. - Provide leadership development education. - Build solid cross-functional relationships. - Specializes in Life Insurance industry and keeps current on modules and Technologies. - Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods. - Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets. - Assist Key Account Managers and Line Managers with development of strategic plan Desired Candidate - Any Graduate or Post Graduate - Age not more than 40 years - Preferred only Life Insurance experience - Good Written & Verbal communication, Local language is mandatory - Should have experience in designing training modules & should have knowledge in technology based training methods. - Should be willing to travel across India - Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment. - Self-motivated and work independently.
