Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hisar.

This role will require a strategic and hands-on approach to sales management, with a focus on driving revenue growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

You will play a key role in shaping sales strategies and leading your team to success.


Key Responsibilities


- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet the companys business goals and targets.


- Regularly assess and refine the approach to maximize sales performance and market share.

- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.

- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team is meeting its targets and continuously improving.

- Market Analysis & Business Development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.

- Use data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and identify new growth opportunities.

- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.

- Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and the company.

- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor and report on sales activities, team performance, and market trends.

- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership, ensuring sales forecasts are accurate and timely.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Oversee pipeline management and ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversion rates.


Qualifications


- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.


- Experience in managing teams and developing sales strategies.

- Client Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.

- Market Insight: Strong market analysis and business development skills.

- Ability to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.

- Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strong focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.

- Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.


- Experience with cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service departments.
