We are urgently looking to hire a Zonal HR Manager - South, based either in Bangalore, Hyderabad or Chennai, who will lead all Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnering initiatives across the Southern States, reporting to the Head - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :

- Lead the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in the zone and liaise with Zonal leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.

- Plan for a diverse and robust talent pipeline which meets the manpower requirement across functions in the zone, as per approved manpower plan. Lead and manage execution of hiring plans through the HRBPs in the assigned zone, in order to attract top talent and recruit / select best fit candidates on time. Engage with business leadership to address key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support the team.

- Responsible for managing employee life cycle processes for employees in the zone which includes Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, HR Strategic initiatives to control attritions etc.

- Enabling business strategy through adequate manning as per approved business plan. Also, work closely with zonal business leaders in improving the competence level through performance discussion, new joiners orientation program etc.

- Ensuring employee engagement through branch visits, communication meets and engagement activities.

- Ensure talent engagement & development activities through Performance Management, Reward Management, Career Development, and Culture Building. Responsible for execution of HR initiatives, Employee engagement initiatives, along with managing employee relation activities, advise managers on employee issues.

- Bring in continual service improvement, track and review progress. Handle critical issues/escalations etc.

- Be a trusted partner and would be responsible for handling employee issues and ensuring effective resolutions.

- Should be a proactive communicator and someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives and provide integrated solutions.

- Should have a broad range of experience in managing all aspects of HR function.

- Should be able to handle new projects/initiatives individually and drive it across regions.

- Ability to get a feedback from the frontline teams and share observations/ raise red flags to the senior management.

- Ensuring right data management through accurate & timely maintenance / updation of the data and systems

- To develop employee development initiatives, coach employees on performance.

- Works closely with zonal leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- The person should have managed a team under him / her with exposure to entire gamut of HR activities. The individual would manage the key stake holders and partner with them to ensure business effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidates with post-graduation qualifications in HR with minimum 10+ years of proven experience as a Zonal/Regional Level HR lead in a HFC/NBFC/Banking

- Proven track of driving HR processes and projects.

- Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills

- Energetic and go getter with Positive Attitude.

- Must possess an excellent communication and skills to deal with complex situations.

- Good stakeholder management skills with key stakeholders across levels and across businesses

- Demonstrate the ability to apply analytical and logical thinking in gathering and analyzing data.

- Ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR support within the organizational framework

- Strong analytical ability & eye for detail

- Excellent interpersonal skills : able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence

- Openness to travel, as required.
