We are urgently looking to hire a Recruitment specialist as 'Manager - Corporate Recruitment' at Manager level, based in Mumbai, who would be responsible for Leadership hiring, Corporate Recruitment, Dashboards, Analytics, Recruitment process and system, Vendor effectiveness, EVP program, Campus Management, reporting to the Head - Talent Acquisition and Management.

Candidates with post-graduation qualifications in HR with 6 - 8 yrs. of rich experience in HR Recruitment, Campus program, RPO management with HFCs / NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services are preferred. Candidates with experience only in bulk recruitment / frontline hiring will not qualify.

Should have effective inter personal skills and must be a self starter.
