Shriram Housing Finance Ltd. (SHFL) is a subsidiary of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. and a part of the over 4 decades old Chennai based Shriram Group. It is a Housing Finance Company (HFC), duly registered with the National Housing Bank and has started operations in December 2011. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is 4th largest and one of the fastest growing Affordable Housing Finance Co. in the country today, with AUM of INR 6300+ crs. SHFL boasts of an employee strength of over 1600+ employees, spread across 108 branches & 178 Grihapoorti locations, across the country.

We are urgently looking to hire HR Business Partner - one each for Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad locations to manage the Talent Acquisition & HRBP responsibilities in the assigned states / regions, reporting to the Zonal HR Manager - South.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :

- Taking complete ownership of identifying the right talent for open roles and seamlessly managing the recruitment process end to end.

- Managing complete hiring life cycle i.e. Screening, coordinating interviews, offer processing and post offer engagement

- Prepare periodic reports to track and monitor performance against manpower plan and budget, and accuracy of hiring and other performance metrics.

- Partner with Stakeholders and Respective Hiring Manager to identify critical talent gaps and trends within Business at State level.

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including candidate, line manager, Talent Acquisition COE team etc. to ensure a smooth experience for the candidate's post offer acceptance to onboarding.

- Closing positions within a defined turnaround time and as per requirements. Adherence to defined timelines with respect to Indent to Offer, Shortlisting to Offer, Offer to joining.

- Optimally utilizing various Sourcing parameters/criteria within the Talent Acquisition space and keep a close watch with the defined vendors/consultants in the market with positive relationship management. Use various channels / source of hiring through Job portal, Social Media Recruitment, Head Hunting, consultants etc.

- Adherence to budgets, recruitment cost, TATs.

- This role requires to lead the Talent Engagement initiatives thereby ensuring positive employee experience

- Ensure talent engagement & development activities through Performance Management, Reward Management, Career Development, and Culture Building. Responsible for execution of HR initiatives, Employee engagement initiatives, along with managing employee relation activities, advise managers on employee issues.

- Bring in continual service improvement, track and review progress. Handle critical issues/escalations etc.

- Adherence to timelines in creating employee codes, generation of appointment letters, issuance of ID cards, completion of employee file, post-employment verification, etc.

- Communication of policies and practices to the employees for positive environment & addressing their needs & grievances through meetings, orientation etc.

- Actively engaging with all employees of the region, identifying employee concerns/ behavior, raising red flag and report observations to the seniors. Conducting Exit interviews.

- Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Transfer, Leave Request, Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc.) thereby influencing Employee Retention

- Ensuring right data management through accurate & timely maintenance/updating of the data and systems

- Ensure employee queries are addressed in a prompt manner

REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA in HR with 5-7 years' experience in HR Generalist role. Experience with HFCs / NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services preferred.

- Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies, and sub-systems.

- Ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR support within the organizational framework

- Openness to travel, as required.
