- Maintain Marketing viability by achieving market growth/sales target through customer satisfaction & brand building.

- Marketing Planning, Development, Research & utilisation of budget, Development of Dealership/ network marketing & training of Dealers, Development of Marketing team skills/Motivation, Segmentation, database pricing decisions. Effective Customer Service, Establish effective Advertising/Publicity campaign - cost vs value preposition, Marketing Cost Control & Ultimately achieving the marketing targets by sales numbers

- Strategic Management for achieving medium & long term objective of Business Division

- Understand the Current customer needs and provide the inputs necessary to translate that input to a relevant product and realize the revenues/ profits for the Divisional objectives.

- Develop marketing strategy for entire Car & LCV product portfolio including consumer segmentation, product positioning, launch plans, based on the market research done

- Determine/cascade vertical objectives for volumes, market share, market coverage & profitability

- Identify/scan market/new trends. Identify business opportunities determine their profit potential

- Develop anchor branding communication initiatives for target volume & market share growth.

- Drive revenue realization/profitability for LCV Co-ordinate with concerned departments for pricing, branding, demand plans based on consumer buying patterns & competition intelligence

- Ensure adoption of robust market research systems; methods to enable development of plans for products. Use detailed market research data, sales order schedules, other metrics such as volume, market share etc to gather key insights to enhance vertical performance and business development

- To gather competitive intelligence on new products/launches, product performance, pricing, distribution, sales & promotional activities, formulate appropriate responses.

- Finalize/ensure execution of launch plans for new products to ensure achievement of customer attraction and target sales. Provide inputs in pricing reviews for all products factoring margins, other costs incurred, pricing of competitors etc. Contribute to budget planning; ensure adherence to budgets.

- Establishing climate in the division that is congenial to strategic management & rise in Retail Visibility

- Designing the processes appropriately to the unique characteristics of the company and division

- Involved in doing departmental planning to integrate with Corporate Plan

- Face-to-Face meetings with Functional Executives for drawing plan and ensure that there is a proper evaluation of the plans and feedback to those making them

- Responsible for reporting results of Strategic Management process to the Management Board

- Formulating & achieving Marketing & Sales Budgets of the company and policy

- Achieving corporate objectives on visionary aspect of Business growth.

- Developing strategies to provide differentiating experience to customers. Achieving key deliverables through co-coordinating with agencies for Customer Satisfaction Measurement.

- ATL and BTL Advertising, Trade/ Strategic Marketing & Engagement, Brand/ Product Launches

- Brand Positioning & Awareness, Low Cost Initiatives, Business Presentations, Marketing Research & Market Intelligence, Sales Promotion, PR and Corporate Communications

- Implementation of marketing strategy related to Product, Trade Marketing & Distribution, Retail, Promotion, & Communication for the Premium Brand Portfolio. Conversant with print & electronic media/tools; Knowledge of web designing tools & social media

- Devise innovative ways to reach consumers directly/easily/conveniently. Establish dialogue/strengthen retail /channel for existing/new products. Brand Manage/advertising/communication/design/plan/manage events

- Preparing brand launch programs and key account business plans. Product Strategizing- Product development, New product launches, Product Mktg. Understand, develop & act according to consumer trends & product needs, Drive Customer Loyalty.
