Job Description -

- Looking for a well experience GM-Projects / Head Projects for Corporate Interior fit-out projects.

- Project Planning & Execution

- To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.

- To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination.

- Handling multiple projects at a time.

- Monitoring other project Managers.

- Delegating work to the Project Managers

- To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.

- To strictly follow and ensure implementation of health and site safety policies.

- To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.

- To monitor and control & verify contractors progress & Bills.

- Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget.

Desired skills and expertise-

- BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering

- This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- A project management professional with minimum 10 years of experience in the Interior fit out industry.

- Having relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.

- Having the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
