PLANT HEAD for CORRUGATED BOX COMPANY

1. Designation:- Plant Head

Looking for a dynamic experienced senior professional in Corrugated Box industry who has been in leadership role heading the plant. This role is for a greenfield project. Experience in paper and packaging industry is a must.

KEY SKILLS:

- Manufacturing of all type of folding cartons and flexible packaging in the leading Printing & Packaging Industry.

- Knowledge of manufacturing plant of corrugated sheets and boxes and other packaging plants.

- Head the activities for the packaging manufacturing plants.

- Production planning, budgeting, manpower management, banking etc.

- Quality control and troubleshoot production problems for the whole plant.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent leadership qualities and effective utilization of time and manpower.

- Ability to survive and excel in a constantly challenging environment.

- Well versed with safety and quality standards adopted in a plant.

This role is based out of Junnar, near alephata - narayan gaon, PUNE in Maharashtra.
