HR Executive

Experience : Min 1 to 6 years

Job description & requirements :

- MBA in Human Resources

- Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting for manufacturing of process equipment like heat exchangers,

chemical reactors, pressure vessels etc

- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

- Responsible for the complete life cycle of the recruitment process (Screening, interviewing, designing

compensation & benefit packages, onboarding) using creative & effective techniques

- Design & devise strategies to pull & attract candidates

- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files

- Assist in logistics & administration

- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and

coaching employees

- Maintain confidentiality of information

- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annually)

- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

- Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues

- Manage employee grievances

- Create and run referral bonus programs

- Measure employee retention and turnover rates

- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
