Senior Marketing Data Analyst - Remote (anywhere in India)

- As a senior marketing data analyst, you'll be responsible for Lead Management and creating compelling and actionable marketing dashboards, providing decision support analysis and doing ad-hoc analysis. You'll create tools that empower marketers to make data-driven decisions. The insights you bring to life will allow our marketing and company leadership to know what's working, what could be working better, and what we should stop doing.

There is no typical day but here is what it may look like :

- Track all key marketing and funnel metrics (leads, MQLs etc)

- Query and manipulate large data sets to create insightful reports to help marketing and sales leaders make decisions. Make recommendations based on findings

- Understand sources of data, data extraction methodologies, and functional applications related to data flow

- Measure the performance and effectiveness of all lead generation activities, and guide the demand gen, customer and field marketing teams to insights that will allow them to improve performance

- Handle an array of ad hoc requests from the team, such as QA'ing data, analyzing data oddities, building custom reporting, modeling and more

- Collaborating with marketers, field operations specialists and systems owners to get the job done

- Propose the tools that we should be using to get the job done

- To ensure the team's success here is what we'll look at in your profile:

- BS/MS in Statistics, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Five plus years of work experience, at least three of which were dedicated to the analysis of CRM and marketing data, including lead management, pipeline processes, reporting and dashboards

- Expertise in Tableau/Looker, deep knowledge of Google Analytics, SQL, and data warehouse (Amazon Redshift)

- Comfortable building queries across disparate data repositories to access or extract key data for analysis purposes.

- Comfortable with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Marketo)

- Mastery of formulas in excel, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) knowledge a plus

- Organized, logical, and process-oriented

- Curious and highly analytical - able to derive meaning & results from data

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Ability to prioritize to ensure initiatives stay on track
