Responsibilities:-
- Develop and Deploy Retail Influencer & Shopper Strategy.
- Develop Influencer & Channel Promotions: Use research output, competitive insights and exploit current market trends and opportunities to develop and recommend innovative options for customer & channel promotions, in line with brand values.
- Own the RF (Planning Cycle) for Capex Budget preparations & submissions for B2C Channel. Manage Capex deployment through the LBM cycle & ensure budget compliance as per plan. Support cross functional teams of Customer Operations, Finance, Performance & compliance for Capex deployments.
- Ensure compliance agenda for all promotions & support auditors for internal & external statutory audit committees
- Ensure all procurements related to trade promotions, activations & events are in line with compliance & procurement guidelines.
- Own & deploy the skill based mechanic advocacy activation. Lead innovation to increase scale & impact of the activation
- Own & Deploy the Trade Visibility program for company including visual merchandising, Plano gram (POG) strategy, POGs by format/ customer/ Region
- Shopper activation programs - develop & execute shopper programs to drive trials/ frequency and increase basket size
- Shopper communication - in store media planning/ vehicles, develop targeted messaging by shopping missions/ category
- Shopper Insights - leverage & build repository of insights to develop a rich bank of commercial activities, quantify commercial impact
- Facilitate new communication development material that sharply connects and wins with the target influencers through communicating the Brand Value proposition.
- Act in a manner consistent with the BP Values & Behaviours by leading and building enduring capability, energizing people and adhering to company's Ethics & Compliance agenda
- Develop and implement a systematic approach through the embedding of relevant OMS elements and ensuring risk reviews are undertaken appropriately.
