Shopper Marketing Manager - FMCG (4-6 yrs)
Position (Designation) : Shopper Marketing Manager

Purpose of the Role :
With its evolving portfolio, company has identified Shopper Marketing as a source of competitive advantage for the future. This role is responsible for developing and deploying Shopper Marketing initiatives across all portfolios and in trade channels where the organization operates.
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA/PG specialization in Sales & Marketing.
- 4-6 Yrs experience in FMCG sector.
- At least 2 yrs as an ASM .
- At least 1 yr in a shopper marketing / brand management role.
Key Deliverables of the Role :
- Lead Category/brand forward Shopper In-sighting initiatives to deliver on strategic business issues/opportunities and become a significant input into 3 & 5 year organizational strategic business plans.
- Lead Channel forward Shopper in-sighting initiatives to help develop co. capability in new channels and help engineer channel specific solutions for categories / brands.
- Lead category management and assortment analytics initiatives with key retailers for key Modern Trade dependent co. brands.
- Lead Shopper in-sighting segments on category / brand innovation projects. Build Shopper capabilities up- stream through involvement of shopper in-sighting at NPD concept bundle testing stages.
- Build co. capability to execute shopper projects end to end by developing domestic / international agencies in areas such as :
a. Shopper consulting and retail strategy.
b. Shopper trending & in-sighting.
c. Shopper Retail solutions.
d. Shopper execution and metrices.
- Set up processes to streamline the way co. sales & marketing functions should do shopper marketing. i.e. Set up co. Way of Shopper Marketing- process module.
- Prioritize business activities and resources for Shopper
Marketing team.
