Job Profile :

1. Overall responsibility for the AP, AR, regulatory compliance, payments business accounting, IT process controls etc.

2. Setting up new ERP / systems for accounting function.

3. Finalize Trial balance and P&L, balance sheet, cash flow for monthly reporting.

4. Analysis of the financial results and identifying opportunities for strategic cost management.

5. Review of direct and indirect taxes compliance for the company.

6. Setup controls monitoring program for payment business transactions.

7. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.

8. Develop and implement SOPs for various business processes after aligning with the stakeholders and ensure compliance.

9. Drive technology projects to build tools for reporting and analysis, streamline workflows, and improve user experience

10. Drive in implementation of SOX compliance and related reporting.

11. Structuring of Intercompany arrangements and ensuring compliance to TP process.

12. Preparing the organization for Funding and IPO

Requirements :

- Qualification : CA + MBA from Tier 1 colleges

- Years of Experience : 6+ yrs.

- Candidates who are associate with e-commerce business signed Rs 1000cr + balance sheets as Director/ VP/ Finance Head only apply for this position
