As a Senior Manager in Business team, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives around customer and merchant experience, planning strategic campaigns, planning for business growth/profitability and performing strategic analytics in liaison with various cross functional teams. This role will be strategic in nature to ensure ShopClues.com becomes the choice of shopping destination for more and more customers. You will be responsible for strategizing a short-term and long-term vision for the business. What you will be responsible for: 1. Strategy Roadmap and Project Management: Prioritise projects as per strategic importance and lead the complete execution of the business initiatives/ projects 2. Planning Strategic Campaigns: Strategic planning of high visibility campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and monitoring/delivering key business metrics through the campaigns. 3. Business Growth/profitability: One of the key responsibilities will be to increase business month on month. 4. Analytics: Ensure seamless reporting of key business metrics to business teams. 5. Communicate insights and key strategic decisions to senior stakeholders 6. Direct reporting of 2-5 team members. We are looking for someone: 1. Who should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in consulting, research or e-commerce industry or in strategy or customer experience or project management domain 2. Who has a proven track-record of high-performance and delivery 3. Who has a high customer focus 4. Who is a visionary and has excellent team management skills 5. Who has confidence to lead key-projects and develop ideas independently, ensuring high efficiency in a start-up environment. 6. Ability to collaborate across departments & business functions. 7. MBA from Top B School preferred. 8. Strong communication skills - verbal and written and good at handling data and analysis. 9. Looking from E-Commerce,FMCG,Internet companies.
