Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across domestic and international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs in the minerals and chemicals sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to align product offerings with market demand.
- Manage pricing strategies, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns and oversee promotional material development.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and marketing professionals.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing,
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and industrial procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with export sales and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry.
- Existing networks within ceramics, paints, polymers, or construction industries.
- Strategic thinking with an analytical approach to market challenges.
