Job description Responsibilities: - To co-ordinate with the Head of the University/Institutions to understand the gap in the capacity and confirmed seats - To continually monitor the gap/lack of gap to ensure ideal number of admissions - Planning admission department's annual goals and targets along with the leadership team and Achieving them effectively (both in terms of numbers and quality of intake) - Handle the on ground activities related to the Admissions process - To coordinate the Parent Orientation Programme in the schools using the video and presentations provided - Designing marketing and promotions campaign to ensure right positioning, awareness and visibility among students and parents community - Preparing efficient and elaborate campaign plans with deliverables for entire admissions team - To continually follow up with the parent until the admission is formalized and closed - To periodically prepare and report in the MIS formats provided - Conceptualization of segment-specific campaigns to generate and nurture inquiries - Planning and executing conversions starting from lead generation to application to final enrolment - Strategizing and executing content management and calendar - Relationship-building, liaison and networking with channel partners, digital media agencies and other related partners - Enabling the University/Institute Leadership team to understand newer programs, segments, and markets - To manage, motivate and review admissions team members and performance periodically in line with University/Institutional policies - Establishing admissions processes and SOPs and ensuring proper documentations to meet regulatory requirements and setting up of archiving mechanisms - Must have the knowledge and experience of documentation of the students for abroad colleges and universities - To maintain database - Knowledge to fill application forms both online and offline. - Other duties as assigned Key Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication - Service oriented, Strong networking skills and Excellent IT skills - Ability to work under pressure and go-getter approach - Open to travel, follow up skill, Target oriented and Good Convincing skill - Approachable, effective communication, multi-lingual (English, Hindi, local language) - Counselling knowledge Experience and Qualification: - MBA with 7 to 10 years of experience of working in admissions portfolio in a reputed institution / university with a proven track record.
