Supply Chain Planning Lead, Gurgaon Job Duties and Description: - Manage targeted inventory levels in the cluster and ensure the importation process is in line with supply plans. - Adopt/embrace new supply chain demand planning practices in accordance with changing practices to drive operational efficiencies. - Work closely with Operations/Logistics & Distribution team to forecast demand or establish supply schedules that ensure timely availability of products. - Establish processes and procedures for coordination of demand planning activities with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance. - Collect and analyze demand inputs from different commercial teams, and calculate its impact on the forecast. - Work closely with different stakeholders to develop and implement a robust demand forecast for the company (across all product lines). - Collaborate extensively with internal business leaders to ensure that the demand forecast is accurate, and has been accounted for. - Make recommendations to enhance business processes, thereby identifying opportunities to drive operational efficiency. - Design and facilitate the implementation of new or improved demand planning processes. - Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows. - Manage activities related to planning, forecasting including statistical analysis. - Integrate supply chain launch of new products in the cluster. Education & Experience Requirements : - 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in various supply chain management roles within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or relevant industries. Desired : - Knowledge of ERP systems including packages relating to supply chain mgmt. - Ability to think - outside the box- and be well versed in the global distribution - Effective written and oral communication skills are required to facilitate information flow across internal/external supply chain partners and senior leadership. - Knowledge of different aspects of regulatory compliance that impact a pharmaceutical supply chain. This can include but is not limited to GxP considerations and controlled substance regulations. - Must be able to demonstrate leadership ability in driving change within an organization. This could include systems, processes or tools to drive success - Able to recognize the importance of meeting business needs and balance cost, quality and customer service Salary Offered : 12-16 LPA
