Key Responsibilities : &nbsp;Reporting into the CPO and leading a team of 4-5 professionals, your responsibilities will include: - End to end management of HR Operations across the employee life cycle from pre-on-boarding through post-exit - Policy and process communication across the group to ensure consistent policy deployment - Complete ownership to ensure compliance on HR Processes and Policies - Design and maintain an effective employee engagement framework, including events, to support the requirements in a technology-driven organization, measure effectiveness - Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts across all functions - Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, engage and manage recruitment agencies - Manage and support the talent acquisition specialist to navigate and drive the hiring process at Shipsy across functions - Manage the process of resolving employee queries and grievances - Develop and implement systems to process payroll account transactions, including incentives, bonuses, variable pay etc. - Conceptualize, benchmark, and implement forward-looking industry-best policies in employee experience - Drive implementation of strategic projects and organization-wide initiatives - Oversee office administration Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: - 10-12 years and having led end-to-end HR operations is a must - Candidate must have managed all aspects of HR operations - Experience in a SAAS/Tech-based environment is a must - Strong detail orientation and the ability to handle confidential information - Candidates with a Full-time MBA in a related field a plus - Strong problem-solving capability, and demonstrate agility in a fast pace environment - Senior stakeholder management experience and strong communication and influencing skills is a must - Demonstrated drive for progressive responsibility and roles in a high profile startup will be a plus - A strong solution focus and being comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
