Responsibilities include : - Serving as the one point contact for assigned clients - The Account Specialist is responsible for providing a timely response to inquiries from clients (include resp. cross-functional team owners). - Works closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Manages the delivery of service for assigned accounts. - To achieve the monthly sales targets - Day to day interaction with clients regarding their business requirements and queries. - Taking care of top escalation, ensure revert on every email of a client on time by the team. - Meeting with clients for their expansion needs &amp; operational planning. - Have a good understanding of issues faced by the clients and their solutions. - Meeting client on a regular interval on performance, load increment, relationship building. - Understanding and fulfilling clients requirements. - Analyze data completely i.e. from first mile to last mile. - Work closely with Operations and product teams in order to fulfill clients requirements. - Coordinating and communicating various reports to the client as and when required. Must : The candidate should be from a Logistics or e-commerce Background/Company.
