- The Head of Ops will be responsible for building and scaling all operational processes of the company and will be the - user excellence champion. - Will assume overall responsibility for Customer Service, Account Management, Seller Operations, and Logistics Ops strategy. - Create best in class shipper experience by designing a robust and scalable customer service and account management process - Own customer retention and revenue growth from the current base of customers - Responsible for developing and scaling our logistics network design and distribution plan in line with the shipper requirements - Responsible for overall logistics service provider management including relationship management and SLA and contract management - Manage a team of 50+ across various operational functions at the company, including AVPs and Senior Managers - Will support new product strategy including execution of on-ground pilots and liaising with partners to solve critical challenges around the first mile, line haul, and last mile services - Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills which will enable - attract and retain top-tier talent in the team and other cross-functional teams
