We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven AVP for Shiprocket 360 to join our team. As part of our omnichannel strategy we want to offer solutions to large retail enterprises to help them manage O2O retail by provisioning or integrating their website, mobile app, POS, warehouse, shipping and marketing channels. - The candidate will combine deep knowledge of online and offline retail and eCommerce, with keen analytical abilities and strong communication skills to advise and support our retailers. - At this position you will be required to interface with clients at a sales and pre-sales level, help create solutions using internally available products as well as by integrating with third party vendors to create a full stack solution for the retailer for managing their entire e-retail process. - You will be responsible for primarily driving solution selling and project delivery and will also be responsible for overall strategy, partner and ecosystem development and business development. - Shiprocket- has established market leadership as the #1 shipping aggregator for ecommerce in India and is demonstrating hypergrowth. We need seasoned talent that can efficiently manage the hyper-growth while simultaneously contributing to the business strategy to win in this $Bn market. - The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial professional with 7-12 years- in enterprise retail software space in a sales and/or solutioning role. - He/she will have strong critical thinking, demonstrated project management skills, the people and process skills to manage a rapidly growing operation and strong strategic thinking. - The candidate will have a strong understanding of product and tech and how a solution can be built with product components available within the company as well as by forging partnerships with external partners. - The candidate should ideally have an engineering degree and an MBA from top-tier schools.
