Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

- 10 years of work experience leading accounting and finance teams in companies with a turnover of - Rs.50 crores per annum.

- MBA Finance or CA qualified

Responsibilities

Accounting & Control

- Improve processes around AP, AR, GL

- Ensure timely preparation of invoices

- Ensure prompt payment of drivers, associates, and vendors

- Oversee cash management

Commercial

- Create models and advise the Biz Dev team on the pricing of contracts for projects

- Identify levers for maximization of Gross margins on existing and new projects

Working Capital Management

- Manage accounts receivables at - 45 days

- Maintain relationships with NBFCs and Banks to maintain current WC limits and to enhance limits in future

- Supervise timely collection of receivables from clients

Funding

- Work with the CEO to build models for equity funding requirements

- Maintain relationships with investment bankers and finders

Investor Relations

- Produce periodical MIS reports for investor presentations

- Ensure compliance with the ECB agreement

Others

- Oversee and coordinate statutory audit (India GAAP and India)

- Manage a team of 4-5 accountants, executives, and managers

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements with respect to GST, IT, RBI (FDI & SCB)

- Advise the CEO on strategic aspects related to finance
