Shilp Group - Project Manager

- Responsible for project completion as per schedule

- Management of Technical/ Engineering/ Supervision team for all site work

- Coordinate with all external consultants, Architects, Structural engineers, Fire extinguisher team, Landscaping team, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) management team, Contractor, Engineers etc.

- Ensure construction quality as per technical plan

- Ensure complete safety and security for onsite work as well as construction items

- Drawing up a detailed project plan, cost estimates, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting project budget to get the work executed as per the drawings
