Shiksha Finance - Chief Technology Officer (15-20 yrs)
1. Entire gamut of functional technology requirements in a fast growing Lending business (core LMS, CRM, credit Decisioning engine, HRMS/Staff tracking, website, email system)
2. Administer the Company's Hardware and networking assets (Desktops, laptops, antivirus, firewall, switches, inverter and UPS) across HO and branches
3. Ensure 100% adherence to data security and safety requirements
4. Ensure 100% adherence to RBI regulations / Board requirements on Technology
5. Support all data requirements of the business > on-going + adhoc > BAU and special needs. Develop/implement ability to draw business relevant conclusions from data/trends
6. Develop good understanding of the implications of LMS data on front line (sales, collection and credit) and back end (Operations/Finance) and the resultant business, accounting and operational implications
7. Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation > involving conversation ranging from idea conceptualization, Software upgrades, data support,
8. Being the eyes and ears of the Management and ability to be a trusted advisor/council on Technology and data security matters
