This role is part of a team focused on building an in-house IT Business Transformational Change consulting Practice that will partner closely with each area of the business to drive and embed IT change.
Below are the key job specifications-
- 16+ years of total experience in IT with a minimum 8+ years in Business Transformational Change Management.
- Deep expertise in initiating, leading and managing global technology-led change and adoption.
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Training & Development and Value Realization.
- Experience in Agile IT management and Agile IT project delivery.
- Strong relationship & stakeholder management skills.
