Purpose: To manage and administer Pension arrangements for all Shell entities in India in a manner that is compliant with local Statutory norms and Shell Governance standards Accountabilities: - Management of the Provident Fund Trusts in India (SIMPL, BGEPIL, SEMTIPL) - Management of the Gratuity Trusts in India (SIMPL, BGEPIL, SEMTIPL) - Management of the Superannuation Trusts in India (SIMPL, BGEPIL, SEMTIPL) - Collaborate with Global Pensions and Finance to ensure sound governance of the investments being managed - As trustee support unit, work with the respective Board of Trustees in proactive and reactive measures as required - To conduct periodic audits of Trust documents & proceedings in conjunction with relevant experts in the field - To coordinate and manage end to end all statutory compliances as required by relevant authorities - To coordinate the appointment of Investment advisory, 3rd party administrators, auditors along with BOT - To review external trends in the pensions space e.g. NPS - To be abreast of changes in statutory requirements at the state and central levels Dimension: - Role requires management of significant corpus and acts as a custodian of the retirement benefits for &gt; 7000 employees in India. - Role requires significant engagement with internal stakeholders (Pension trust boards, HR colleagues, group pensions etc.) and external stakeholders (Pension administrator partners). Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of group Pension plans as well as relevant local statues relating to Pension governance and administration - Organization skills. - Prioritization, manage time and workload to deliver results. - Analysis of large volume, complex or ambiguous data. - Present complex information in a clear way. - Influencing without formal authority, interpersonal skills - Good writing, communication and consulting skills. - Customer service skills, strong team players, networking. - Independent, self-motivated. - Comfortable with significant task variety and meeting tight deadlines. - Accuracy, attention to detail. - Dealing with highly sensitive information, privacy and confidentiality.
